Created by Grégory and Marie Beauquis in 2016, Incandescent is a rotisserie popular with lovers of meat cooked over embers or on a spit.
We promote French know-how, offering French poultry and red meats such as Poulet de Bresse or pork rack from Franche-Comté on the menu.
